Ever get tired of going in so many different directions at one time? Work full-time, chauffer for the children’s tennis, dance, and piano lessons. Juggling schedules to be super mom, super wife, super friend and super employee? Take a break and relax to a “genteel” era of grace and elegance.

Several years ago a friend took me to a tea room for my birthday. I was hooked! What a wonderful way to let someone know how special and unique they are to you. After gathering recipes and collecting different sets of china patterns, I began sharing this wonderful experience with friends and family in my home in hopes they enjoyed the experience as much as I did. Not surprisingly, they were also smitten with the idea!! This is how the idea of “T2U” was conceived and why I want to pass this refined hospitality on to you.

Bringing “T2U” at your home or other designated site would include linens, fine china, and your selected menu items – everything but the guests. Themed parties and menus would be encouraged. Some suggestions would be “Tea for two”, your little princess’ birthday or bride’s maids’ luncheon, or just because you would like to make someone or several someones feel pampered.

Are you interested in recipes, etiquette, themes, décor and “how tos”? Please share your thoughts about this idea with me. Are you tea totally intrigued? Watch for “THE TEACUP” story…
