I have chosen to brake away from the mundane and boring jobs to one that is exciting and excites others. It is so good to be able to share an opportunity with folks and them actually thank you for sharing it with them. I have discovered that giving things away is the way to go and when I see these people again, I don’t have to worry about them running from me because I have done them a favor and made a friend.

Power of the Master Mind is very intriguing to me. I have never been one who thought that a lot could be accomplished by oneself. Team effort is what I rely on when it comes to getting any task at hand completed.

This is why I am so impressed with the Mentoring for Free family. Here we have a group effort; one that is not willing to let others fall by the wayside. I admire this kind of philosophy, especially when it is not just talked about, but implemented. Of course it takes dedicated leadership to make sure this ship runs smoothly. I witness this day in and day out as I listen to the conference calls and hear how so many are willing to use their God given talents to get the job done. Could this be accomplished by one individual? Absolutely Not! It takes TEAMWORK!

I am in the process of reading a book by J.J. Turner called “Building An Effective Leadership Team.” He says, “The nice thing about teamwork is that you always have others on your side.” That’s important! He also stresses that teamwork makes the difference in all areas of life. I definitely know this to be true in my spiritual side and I suppose I have always known it to be true about my social and business sides as well.

The business side of life is where I have been lacking the influence of the Master Mind. Since I have come in contact with MFF and have begun my process of the Mental Cleanse I can clearly see how the chatter has to be removed so there can be focus on the tasks at hand. This has also aided me in my spiritual walk and I regularly share it with members of our church.

Two minds are always better than one in my book as long as there is harmony. Harmony brings out the best in most people, whereas disharmony brings out the worst. Harmony is what I am experiencing with MFF and it is a wonderful feeling. I am so happy to know that there are so many around the world that still care for others and are willing to show it by being part of the Master Mind team, which thinks of others before self. I know together we will continue to make a drastic difference in any life that will invite us in to share this good news with them.

Completeness will never be maintained without the joint effort of a Master Mind team. Thanks for letting me part of this life changing experience. Everybody knows that life is not fun and games all the time.  Everybody says you should get the most gusto out of life by doing only those things you enjoy.  Well, that is wonderful advice if you have already made your fortune and all you have to do every day is sit around thinking of fun things to do and fun places to hang out.

There is a thing called reality that most of us have to come to grips with and it isn’t a lot of fun for the majority of us.  Most people get up in the morning with the intent to earn a day’s wage by putting in 8 – 10 hours of  labor.  Oh sure, they would rather be like the millionaires who have no concerns at all but that is not reality for them at the moment.  When asked the question, “Aren’t you sick and tired of being sick and tired,” their response is, “Sure,” but they are not willing to do anything about it at the time.

Most people know that if you are going to rub elbows with the wealthy then you will have to become wealthy yourself.  Easier said than done, right?  This will only be accomplished when you decide that you are truly sick and tired of being sick and tired.  Nobody is going to acquire your wealth for you, so you better plan on burning some midnight oil and spending a little bit of your hard earned cash.  That’s right!  You are going to have to give in order to get.

Take for example a football team.  It is the season for all the Bowl games and many of you will be rooting for your favorite team to win.  Can any of those teams win without teamwork?  Can the star running back make it through all the tackles without teammates to block the opponents?  Can the star quarterback throw that touchdown pass and be the receiver at the same time?  Of course the answers to these questions are “NO”.  So what makes you think you can establish a successful network marketing business without having a team?

Ask anybody that is truly successful in the network marketing business what made them a success.  They will be quick to tell you that it was the team they developed, not by being a loner.  If you don’t think this is true, then get on the web and try to figure out why all the gurus are trying to sell you their training material.  They need a team in order to be successful.  Without their team, they have no business.

Building people to build your business is what it’s all about.  If you build it on a solid foundation then you will only have to do it once.  There will be retention and retention is very good for business.
